针灸处方 Composition Principal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Prescription 针灸处方目的（Purpose） 针灸处方是把针灸立法所确定的经穴具体化。即针对主病取主穴，兼证配对症穴、使主穴、配穴协同作用，加强疗效。 Acupuncture and moxibustion prescription refers to the realization of acupoints according to the decided principle. That is, principal points for main pathology, accessory points for symptomatic treatment, which make principal and supplementary points function together 。 Composition 1.近部取穴Selection of Nearby Points 2.远部取穴 Selection of Distant Points 3.对证及对症选穴Slection of syndrome points and Symptomatic Points 1.近部取穴Selection of Nearby Points 此法是指在病变的局部和邻近选穴。是所有穴位都能主治穴位所在的局部病和邻近病的具体运用，如眼病取睛明穴，鼻病取迎香穴，耳病取听官穴，胃病取中脘穴等，是局部取穴，邻近选穴，即在病位的邻近取穴，如鼻病取印堂、上星，胃病取天枢、气海等，此法多用于治疗脏腑、五官疾病。 Selection of nearby points refers to selecting points in the lord area and the adjacent area of the disease. All the points selected can treat the disease of the local area and adjacent area. For instance, Jingming(BL.1) is selected for eye disease, YingXiang(LI20) for nose disease, Tinggong(SI19) for ear disease, and Zhongwan(CV12) for epigastric disease.
