Mark Zuckerberg Brief Introduction Zuckerberg who was born in 1984 is an American computer programmer and Internet entrepreneur. He is well known as the chief executive and president of the social networking site Facebook. Up to the beginning of 2011, his personal wealth has been estimated to be $17.5?billion dollars. Computer Prodigy It was when Zuckerberg was a middle school student that he started to use the computer to write software. According to writer Jose Antonio Vargas, “some kids played computer games. Mark created them.” First Invention During Zuckerbergs high school years, under the company named Intelligent Media Group, he built a music player called the Synapse Media Player that used artificial intelligence to learn the users listening habits. Microsoft and AOL tried to purchase Synapse and recruit Zuckerberg. however ,he chose to be enrolled into the Harvard University in September, 2002. As a University Student In his sophomore year in Harvard, he created a different program, which he initially called facemash that let students select the best looking person from a series of photos.
