小区智能化系统规划设计 ［摘要］ 小区智能化系统在我国已经过二十多年的发展，在技术发展层面上出现数字化、 集成化、行业化以及智能化的趋势。同时随着社会不断向前发展，人们生活水平的不断提高, 对智能化系统更高层次的需求越来越多，小区智能化系统在我国的应用有着广阔的发展前景。 本文以亲自主持的工程实例一福州香开新城住宅小区智能化系统工程的规划设计为例， 详细的介绍了目前住宅小区智能化系统中最广泛应用的子系统：电子巡更系统、闭路监控系 统、楼宇可视对讲系统、户内安防系统、呼梯及门禁管理系统、背景音乐系统、周界防范系 统、人行及车辆管理系统、联网系统、电梯五方通话系统等，便于一些没有经过实践的人们 对住宅小区智能化系统有了进一步的认识。 ［关键字］住宅小区 智能化系统 规划 设计 The intelligent systems of residential districts planning and designing [Abstract] In China, after more than ten years of development, there have been tendencies for digitizing the systems, integration, industry-specific, and intelligentization. With the increasing standard of living, the prospects for intelligent systems are improving. We will look forward to more complicated and more comprehensive intelligent systems in the foreseeable future.
