PAGE PAGE PAGE 1 大学生科研创新项目研究报告 项目名称： 城乡结合部规划建设优化模式现状调研与土地利用特征分析 ——以北京市通州区高楼金村为例 项目类型： 一般项目 项目年度： 2014年 项目负责人： 钟玉（学号：32011010024） 负责人院（系）： 城市经济与公共管理学院 专业（方向）： 土地资源管理 项目组成员： 李鑫、杜建雪、冯心怡 指导教师： 李强 副教授 教务处 制 二〇一五年 摘要： 在城市化快速发展时期，社会经济的高速发展对城镇空间拓展的需求不断增强，城乡结合部作为城市区域的一部分，分担着城市的部分功能，拥有相当的土地容量和发展腹地，是城市发展的重点地区，不同区域的城乡结合部的规划建设模式现状各不相同，土地利用特征存在较大差异，有关规划建设模式及其相配套的土地利用政策研究成为社会各界关注的热点。因此，本项目通过北京市城乡结合部重点村规划建设实施情况的分析，以北京市通州区高楼金村（50个重点村之一）为例，通过对该地区的调研和考察，充分了解该地区的规划建设模式及其规划导向，并对与之相对应的土地利用特征进行分析，以期为城乡结合部规划建设模式制定与配套土地利用政策制定提供案例基础支撑，为提高研究区域规划实施，优化土地资源配置提出相关的对策建议。本项目采用调查法、文献法、个案研究法等方法，通过对高楼金村的规划建设进行深入和具体的研究，从而为提高研究区域规划实施，优化土地资源配置提出相关的对策建议。 关键词：城乡结合部、高楼金村、规划建设模式、土地利用特征 Abstract In the period of rapid urbanization , the rapid development of social and economic development needs of urban space growing, urban fringe areas as part of the city , sharing a part of the function of the city, has a considerable capacity and development of the hinterland land , urban development key areas, planning and construction of the status of the urban fringe pattern varies in different regions , there is a big difference in land use characteristics , policy research related to the planning and construction patterns of land use and its supporting community became the focus of attention .
