毕业设计课题：桥式起重机60t/20t小车起升机构设计 中文摘要 桥式起重机使厂矿企业实现机械化生产，减轻繁重体力劳动的重要设备。在一些连续性生产流程中它又是不可或缺的工艺设备。它可以在厂房，仓库内使用，也可以子露天料场中使用，是应用最为广泛的一种起重机机械。目前，桥式起重机被广泛应用在国民经济建设各个领域，产品也已经，形成多个系列。随着经济建设的发展，用户对其性能要求越来越高，因此对其设计要求也越来越高，这需要我们从其零件著手，优化设计，提高桥式起重机的综合经济效益。本起重机为60/20t桥式起重机，安装于扩建项目厂房内，设备的安装和本设计主要对起重机的起升机构进行总体设计，主、副起升机构分别有一台电动机，一台减速器，一台轮式制动器，浮动轴，一套卷筒装置和上滑轮装置构成。本设计通过对桥式起重机起升机构的设计，要考虑零件受力情况，减少外形尺寸与自重，安全可靠，工作平稳，转配维修方便等因素，从而使桥式起重机适应现代工业发展的需要。 关键词：起重机， 桥式起重机， 起升机构 英文摘要 The Design of the Hoisting Mechanism of Bridge Crane Abstract: Bridge crane to enable the realization of mechanical production of factories and mines to reduce the importance of heavy equipment manual.
