More and moremobilephone owner can not live withoutWeChat in their daily life, and WeChat is more popular among the youth. With the birth and the extensive use of WeChat Tecent, WeChat permeates in all aspects of social and economic life, which can not be ignored. E-government is the new direction of the government management in the information society. It enriches the citizens political participation. When the network becomes the new platform for government and common people communication, online governance began to rise and increasingly be diversified. Recently, E-government WeChat public platform has gradually become a new manner network of administration for its unique advantage. Facing the rapid development of new media, the Communist Youth League in Danyang must improve the work in the field of youth organization, youth guidance,youth services, teenagers legitimate rights and interests, combine the interaction of the new media as WeChat with the traditional media, create a new atmosphere,andbuild anewworkplatform ofthe CommunistYouthLeague . Based on the above background, the thesis takes the system of the Communist Youth League Organizations in Danyang for example, and integrated uses literature research, questionnaire survey and system analysis method, to analyse the collected data.The result reveals that,the Tecent ofthe Communist Youth League Organization in Danyang isrelatively mature,while Tecent ofprimary-level organizationsare still in the baby period, and is not used widely. In the whole, the influence of Tecent of the Communist Youth League Organizations is limited, and its function does not play
