摘 要 当前，安全成为了大家所共同关注的话题。国家对各个生产行业的安全越来越重视，尤其是建筑行业，因此对建筑行业的安全监管力度也不断加大，促进了建筑行业安全生产的规范。本文首先介绍了张夏隧道的项目概况，对工程的现场施工状况进行了了解。之后对张夏隧道施工现场的安全状态进行了危险性分析。本文利用作业条件危险评价法对施工中存在的危险因素进行了分析，得出高处坠落、坍塌、触电、火灾等各个危险因素的等级。本文对危险等级最高的高处坠落危险因素的根本原因利用事故树方法进行了分析。依据安全管理等方面的方法提出了有针对性的隧道施工安全整改意见，提高隧道工程的安全生产水平、预防与减少安全生产事故，对隧道施工现场的安全状态进行改善，确保生命与财产安全。 关键词：隧道工程；作业条件危险评价法；事故树；控制措施 Abstract At present, security has become the topic of common concern. The nationalsecurity of the various production industry more and more, especially in the construction industry, so the safety supervision of the construction industry is also increasing, promote the safe production in construction industry norms.
