Infrastructure Department ，China State Construction Engineering Corporation ，Beijing 100048 ，China ） Abstract ：According to the level of integration ，IPD （integrated project delivery ）can be divided into three modes ：transitional mode ，multi-party agreement mode, and single purpose entity （SPE ）model ，among which the second one is widely used. the C191, which is a multi-party agreement and issued by the American Institute of Architects （AIA ），is a standard contract for the standardized application of IPD. By conducting an in-depth investigation of the structure of multi-party agreement mode and AIA C191 contract， this paper summarizes phase-based tasks for the owner ，the architect, and the contractor.
