PAGE I - 本科学生毕业设计 小型大豆地膜回收机设计 全套图纸加扣?3012250582 院系名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 二○一四年六月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of Soybean Film Recycling Machine 摘 要 地膜回收按回收时机分为苗期地膜回收和秋收后回收，大豆的苗期地膜回收存在很多限制条件，例如在采用滴灌技术的地区就不可能采用此种作业模式，所以本文对大豆的秋季地膜回收机进行了设计。 本设计中，地膜回收机由起膜装置、弹齿装置，压膜装置、膜齿分离装置和传动系统等工作机构组成，其中，起膜装置依靠松土器和托膜铲在拖拉机的推进带动下，实现切土、松土的作用；弹齿装置绕轴做回转运动，齿针挂带残膜，在与其他装置配合完成其功能；压膜装置的长槽与齿针配合，保证残膜不回带；齿膜分离装置利用梳型缝隙将弹齿装置齿针上的残膜剥离掉入集膜箱；传动系统能够为弹齿装置提供动力。 该大豆地膜回收机很好的解决了大豆地膜在回收中的残膜、小块膜的遗漏问题，大大的提高了地膜回收率。 关键词：地膜；回收机；托膜铲；弹齿装置；集膜箱  ABSTRACT Plastic Film Recycling by recovery time is divided into seedling period and post-harvest plastic film recycling. There are many constraints with soybean seedling period recycling. For example, regions that use drip irrigation technology in the area can not apply this mode. So this thesis focuses on the design of post-harvest plastic film recycling machine. In this design, the plastic film recycling machine is composed of the membrane device, spring-tooth device, lamination plant, membrane separation devices and the transmission system and so on. The membrane device severs and looses soil with TuoMoChan, which is driven by tractor. Spring-tooth device, which does rotary motion around the axis and odontophore which is linked with plastic film, achieve the function with other devices. The cooperation of the long groove and needle teeth of the squeeze film device ensures that the needle does not take back. The tooth gap of tooth comb is used to peel the film and make it fall into the storage basket by the membrane separation device. The power of the spring-tooth device is provided by the transmission system. This design of soy plastic film recycling machine well resolves the missing issues in the recovery of plastic film and small film, and improves the recovery rate of plastic film in a large degree.
