Step I Warming up and leading in
Enjoy a poem. (Let students feel the beauty of language and try to attract students’ interest of writing)
Step II Before writing
● Task 1 Learn more information about writing.
Adjustment of maximum score in the exam: 10 points to 15 points.
Overviews of the past exams: writing forms, types, word number and topics.
Scoring principles.
● Task 2 Find out our writing problems.
Show some pictures of students’ passage and ask them to tell the problem in each picture.
● Task 3 Get some writing skills.
Analyzing, outlining, stretching, forming, beautifying, transcribing.
Step III While writing

Lead students to analyze the writing test in 2016 step by step.
