合伙制律师事务所公司化运作研究（无图片） 发布日期 : 2010-06-26 作者:徐自立 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加速，中国法律服务市场的大门已被打开，实力强劲的外资律所纷纷登陆中国市场，具有先见的国内律师事务所也在奋力做强做大做专。但是，占国内律师事务所最大比重的中小型合伙制律所，普遍存在着规模偏小、组织松散、专业宽泛、营销薄弱，管理低下、目标不明等问题，如何提高其管理水平、提升持续竞争力则显得尤为必要和迫切。根据合伙制律所的现状和存在的问题，以及浙江合创律师事务所这样一个典型案例的具体现状和内外部环境，参照国内外优秀律所公司化运作实例，并进行比较、总结和提升，从而确定合伙制律所公司化改造过程中，在管理模式、合伙机制、日常运营等方面可以采纳的具体改革模式。最后，论文分别从制度保障的支撑体系、知识共享的组织体系、人力资源的管理体系、品牌建设与营销体系等方面，为支持合伙制律所公司化改造和运作，提出了具体的支撑措施。 ? 关键词：合伙制；律师事务所；公司化 Abstract With the accelerated development of globalization, law-support service market in China is opened and facing the global competition. Some foreign-owned law offices begin to land Chinese law-support service market. On the other hand, forward-looking domestic law offices try their best to develop stronger. In China, most law offices are small and medium-sized. These small and medium-sized offices have general operating problems such as small-scale, loose organization, broad specialized field and weak marketing. Improving management and promoting competence are required to domestic law offices. According to the current situations and existed problems of partnership law offices, the paper takes the typical case of Zhejiang Hechuang Law Firm into consideration, refers to experiences of outstanding law offices home and abroad as references, makes some comparison, concluding and promotion, and provides some reform modes can be made use of in daily operating and incorporating innovation. Finally, the paper puts forward measures to support partnership law offices incorporating innovation in five aspects that are support system of institution guarantee, organization system of knowledge sharing, management system of human resources, brand building and marketing system. ?
