PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在各个领域分析工作中应用的普及，利用计算机实现高校奖学金评定系统也给老师减轻了极大负担。学校的规模在不断的扩大，学生的数量不断增加，为了保证奖学金公平合理的发放，考评必不可少。在这种情况下用计算机可以使从事学校教学质量管理工作的人员从繁重的劳动中解脱出来，仅使用一些简单的操作便可及时、准确地获得评价情况信息。本系统结合学校实际的学生、专业、评定指标的情况，经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的Microsoft?Visual?Studio 2005作为开发工具，SQL Server 2000 数据库管理系统，开发出了一套高校奖学金评定系统。 奖学金评定系统主要为学校奖学金管理部门提供一个有效的评定管理平台。主要完成对专业信息管理、学生信息管理、评定教师管理、一级评定指标、二级评定指标、学生评定管理、查看得分、审核申报内容、学生加分申请、学生留言等信息进行管理和分析。由计算机来代替人工执行一系列诸如增加、修改、删除、查询、排名等操作。这样就使教师可以轻松快捷地完成奖学金的评定管理任务，使评定工作系统化、规范化、自动化，从而达到提高管理效率的目的。 本文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点的说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想、难点技术和解决方案。 关键词：信息系统；SQL；需求分析；Microsoft?Visual?Studio Abstract With the rapid development of computer technology, computeranalysis of the work in the popularity of applications in various fields, the use of computers to achieve the Scholarship Assessment System to reduce the great burden to the teacher. The system mainly for schools and scholarship managementdepartment to provide an effective assessment management platform. Complete professional information management, student information management, assessment of teacher management, and an assessment of the indicators, twoindicators of assessment, student assessment management,view rankings, audit reporting content, the students apply forextra points, students message and information managementand analysis. By
