铁岭市初中体育老师教学现状及对策 摘要：本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计与逻辑分析法以及访谈等多种方式，对铁岭体育教师教学现状的进行调查与探究，主要是为了找吹其中存在的问题，对那些影响体育教学的因素进行分析，对相应的体育教师的教学现状和存在的问题加以了解与掌握，并给出相应的对策, 加强政府对体育教师的重视， 为促进学校体育教育的快速,稳定,健康的发展建言献策。 关键词：铁岭市、 体育教师、 教学现状、 对策 Abstract:This article mainly uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, the data statistics and the logical analysis method as well as the interview and so on many kinds of ways, to the Tieling physical education teacher teaching present situation to carry on the investigation and research,aims to discover the problems,analysis of the factors affecting the teaching of physical education,to understand and master the current situation and existing problems of PE teachers,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,to improve the governments attention to physical education teachers,In order to promote the rapid and stable development of school physical education, health advice and suggestions.
