我国国有商业银行核心竞争力问题研究 毕业设计论文 课 题 名 称我国国有商业银行核心竞争力问题研究 学 生 姓 名 学 号 系、年级专业 经济与管理系 国际经济与贸易 指 导 教 师 职 称 副 教 授年5月16日 摘 要 金融业的发展关系到一个国家的经济快速稳定发展,更关系的一个国家的经济安全。我国国有商业银行是我国金融业的龙头,是关系到国家经济的重中之重,所以商业银行发展的好坏直接关系到国家经济的发展。而随着花旗银行等国外银行的进入,目前四大国有商业银行在风险抵御能力、盈利能力、金融创新等环节我们都不如国外的大型跨国银行。所以商业银行必须提高自身的竞争能力特别是核心竞争能力。 本文通过对国有商业银行核心竞争力分析,得出我国国有商业银行在核心竞争力上的不足之处,并给出明确核心竞争力战略、完善组织机构、加强人力资源管理、深化金融创新和加强风险管理的建议。 关键词: 国有商业银行;核心竞争力;问题;对策 ABSTRACT velopment of a country, the more relationship of economic security.
