Cash flow is to guarantee the normal operation of the enterprise blood, relates to the enterprise survival. This paper discusses the present of the small and medium-sized enterprise cash flow management goal, the existence of the cash flow management is not enough attention, cash flow management process simple, financing and not reasonable investment the problems such as the analysis of the system, and connecting with the market environment and the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward to strengthen the cash flow management and standardize the cash flow management process, strengthening lending management and so on a series of reform and improve cash flow management measures. Small and medium-sized enterprises want to in the fierce competition in the market survive, we have to strengthen the importance of the cash flow management.
