Since China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001, the private enterprises want to go out, they must face the domestic and foreign multiple competition. Jiangsu is the focus of many private enterprises in China. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the private enterprises in Jiangsu are faced with the problem of going out. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of going out of private enterprises in Jiangsu, and uses SWOT analysis and case analysis to realize the going out problem of private enterprises in Jiangsu. And through the existing problems of private enterprises in Jiangsu go out put forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote private enterprises in Jiangsu conform to the trend of the times, better go out.
