促進知識管理的人力資源管理策略及措施 摘要 以知識為基礎的新經濟時代已經來臨，知識逐漸成為企業最重要的生產要素及動力，知識管理也因而成為企業經營中最重要的競爭利器。而知識管理之推動尤賴優質之人力資源，兩者息息相關，相輔相成。有效的人力資源開發與運用，方能提高人力素質，促進知識管理，爰此，企業內人力資源管理策略更形重要，扮演著極其關鍵的角色。 本研究係以已實施知識管理的四家跨國企業與本土企業為研究對象，以定性的個案研究方法，藉由實務的觀察與訪談，歸納有關促進知識管理的人力資源管理策略及措施。本研究提出的綜合性結果包括企業為何實施及如何實施知識管理及其實施成功的關鍵因素，以及有關人力資源管理在促進知識管理的角色扮演、採行的策略及措施、所面臨的變革與挑戰等。 本研究在促進知識管理的人力資源管理策略與措施，及創造有利推動知識管理的組織因素，提出三點實務的作法，即建立發揮企業競爭優勢的知識管理制度、訂定促進知識管理的人力資源管理策略與措施、及創造知識分享的組織文化與領導管理等，以提供企業推行的參考。最後，本研究並就未來可能的研究方向提出討論。 關鍵詞：知識管理、人力資源管理策略 1 A Study on Human Resources Management Strategy and its Implementation which enhances Knowledge Management Julia Lai* Kuo-Long Huang** Hsiu-Hua Hu*** Abstract New era of knowledge-based economy has come, knowledge is becoming the major factor of productivity and force of driving. Knowledge management hereby has become the most important weapon in competition for business operations. The success of knowledge management depends on human resources with high quality. Both of them are closely bound up and complement each other. Effective developments and utilization of human resources could improve the quality of manpower and enhance knowledge management. Hence, human resources management strategy has become more important, and has played a key role in knowledge management. The samples of the study are four domestic corporations and international corporations which implement knowledge management. The study uses the definite case study method and concludes human resources management strategy and its implementation which enhances knowledge management through observation and interviews. The study presents why and how business implements knowledge management, and its successful factors to in implementation, it also presents the role, strategy, and challenge of human resources management in knowledge management.
