PAGE 3 地震多发区场址安全性评价 —以安县雎水镇为例 摘要 当前，我国进入城镇化高速发展时期，推进小城镇建设是建设和谐社会的重要途径。而地震多发区城镇建设更多的受到地质环境脆弱性和地质灾害易发性的制约。此次立项要解决的问题是在地震多发区场址建设选址和场址规划中提供一套较为完整的安全性评价体系。项目以具有代表性和典型性的四川省安县雎水镇作为重点研究案例，对雎水镇进行了实地考察，采集了地质、地形等方面的相关数据，对龙门山断裂带上及周边山区城镇地质灾害与风险评估展开了较为系统的研究。安全性评价结果表明，某一地段的安全性评价得分在“不稳定”范围内的未建设场址不建议选作为场址建设用地；而在已建设场址中，对存在于地质灾害敏感地段的建筑，其风险评估中风险值较大则应该进行适当的改造或是搬迁。 关键词：地震多发区、安全性评价、地质灾害、风险评估 The Safety Evaluation for the Site of Earthquake-prone Area —taking JuShui Town of An County for an example Members of this project: Yangke Zhanglisha Xiesongshao Yanqiangrong College of Tourism and Urban Planning of Chengdu University of Techology, Si Chuan Cheng Du 610059 Summary: At present, China has entered a period of rapid development of urbanization, promoting small towns is an important way of building a harmonious society. The development of earthquake-prone areas is restricted by the fragility of the geological environment and the geological disaster-prone nature. What this project needs to do is to provide a more complete system of safety evaluation in the site selection and site planning of the earthquake-prone areas’ construction. The representative and typical JuShui Town, Sichuan Province, is taken as a key case study and a field trip has been carried out, through which we obtained the preliminary data on geology and topography. Besides, a more systematic exploration about the geological hazards and risk assessment of the Longmen Shan fault zone and the surrounding mountain towns has been done. The result of safety evaluation shows that a certain area that gains its safety evaluation score in an unstable range which is not selected as construction sites is not recommended as the construction site. But, in the construction site, for the buildings situated in the geological-disaster sensitive areas, if the risk is greater in the risk assessment, then the buildings should be appropriately transformed or the people should be relocated.
