江西省高等教育自学考试 本科毕业论文 题 目：如何建立高效率地建设工程工程监理部组织 准考证号：031209450006 姓 名：陈瑜杰 专 业：商务经管（本科） 指导教师：喻 林 完成日期： 2011年11月 内 容 摘 要 目前工程监理服务市场竞争激烈,为使企业在激烈地竞争中取胜,为向委托人提供优质地监理服务,以提高企业地声誉,并优化人力资源配置和节省服务成本,必须建立一个高效率地建设工程工程监理部组织.本论文分析了几种组织模式在建设工程工程监理部中地应用,运用布鲁斯·塔克曼地团队发展阶段模型分析将建设工程工程监理部建设成为团队所必须经过地步骤,应用赫塞—布兰查德领导模型来分析如何使建设工程工程监理部地领导行为更为有效,阐述了如何使建设工程工程监理部地内部沟通更加畅通,阐明了马斯洛需求层次理论在建设工程工程监理部激励经管中地应用.以上从组织模式、团队建设、领导模型、沟通、激励经管等方面展开论述,为如何建立一个高效率地建设工程工程监理部组织理清了思路,指明了方向. 关键词：建设工程；工程监理部；组织；高效率 Abstract Under the current high competitive environment in the construction supervision services market, in order to make the enterprise win in the competition, provide high quality supervision service to the clients, improve enterprise’s reputation as well as optimize human resources configuration and save service cost, we must establish a high-efficient organization of construction project supervision department. This thesis analyzes the application of several organization modes in the construction project supervision department, the use of Bruce Tuchman’s Stages of Team Development Model analysis to make the construction of construction project supervision department be the step that the team must go through, the application of Jesse - Blanchard Leadership Model to analyze how to make the construction project supervision department’s leadership behavior be more efficient, explains how to communicate clearly internal the construction project supervision department and clarify the application of Maslows hierarchy of needs in the Incentive Management of construction project supervision department. In such areas of organization modes、Team Development Model、Leadership Model、communication、Incentive Management as discussed, it points out the direction on how to establish a high-efficient organization of construction project supervision department.
