The plant select a place in Harbin Economic Development Zone where the terrain is dry and the water is very clean,a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, factory area total design reasonable, the whole factory design tightly packed. According to different product features material balance, taking into account the differences between the productions, use different production techniques. During the entire process the production process should monitor to ensure product safety and quality stability. This design at product choice up, point regard bread as principle .The establishment product project, design craft, carry on a car flat surface design, opposite the pack process the material in the process calculate, the equipments choose a type, and carry on estimate to the investment cost, profits...etc..
