湖南科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE ii 摘 要 叉车的主要功能是装卸和搬运，它具有机动灵活，能适应多变的装卸搬运要求，普遍适用于港口、货场、车间、仓库等处，还可以进入船舱内和集装箱内进行装卸作业，总之，随着物流技术的不断发展和工业水平的不断提高，叉车使用范围将会日益扩大，成为一种产量和品种很多的装卸搬运机械。 本课题所设计的叉车是参照市场已有的叉车，设计了叉车的一个整体造型以及各部分的结构，最主要的是从叉车结构出发对叉车的功能进行设计，其中包括车身的升降和货叉的偏转，车身的升降实现以小取大，从而降低用户成本。货叉的偏转，解决叉车转向与掉头所需大的占地面积。这两点就是本课题的创新点。 通过对叉车设计的现状分析，运用机械设计的理论和方法，做了一定的方案对比，研究了叉车结构设计的要素及设计原则，达到了设计要求。研究结果对叉车设计具有重要的实际指导意义。 关键词：叉车； 功能设计；人性化；造型设计 全套设计加扣?3012250582 ABSTRACT Is the main functions of the forklift truck loading and unloading and handling, it is flexible, able to adapt to changeable handling requirements, widely used in ports, freight yard, the place such as workshop, warehouse, you can also enter inside the cabin and the container loading and unloading operations, in a word, with the continuous development of logistics technology and industrial level unceasing enhancement, forklift use scope will expand increasingly, become a kind of production and many varieties of handling machinery. Pallet fork deflection, solve big needed for forklift truck to turn around the area. These two points is the point of this topic of innovation. Through analyzing the present situation of the forklift truck design, using mechanical design theory and method, the scheme comparison, studied the forklift truck design elements and principles of design, has reached the design requirements. The results of the study has important practical guiding significance for forklift truck design.
