成都理工大学毕业设计(论文) PAGE 2 健全企业内部控制治理会计信息失真 摘 要 如果说质量是会计信息的生命，那真实性则是会计信息的生命之魂。任何会计主体提供的会计信息一旦失真，就会给会计信息的使用者造成不同程度的危害，使用者的层次愈高，其危害和影响愈严重。会计信息失真会造成经济秩序混乱，不但影响市场经济的正常运行，而且损害了国家和投资者的根本利益。造成会计信息失真的原因有多种，企业内部控制弱化是影响会计信息质量，造成会计信息失真的一个重要原因。因此，研究通过健全企业内部控制治理会计信息失真具有重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍了会计信息的涵义及其作用、会计信息失真的危害以及目前国内外会计信息失真状况，其次介绍了内部控制的相关理论和其在遏制会计信息失真中的作用，最后从内部控制要素角度分析了如何治理会计信息失真。 关键词：会计信息，内部控制，信息失真 Perfecting the enterprise internal control govern accounting information distortion If quality is the life of accounting information, then reality is the soul of it. To some degree, it is harm to the users of accounting information if enterprises offer untruth accounting information. The user’s status is higher, the influence and hazards, which he may bear, are more serious. The distortion of accounting information may cause disorderly economic operation, which can not only influence the normal market economy, but also damage the national and investor’s benefit. A variety of reasons cause accounting information distortion, but the most important reason is weakening of the enterprise internal control .Therefore, it is essential to study how to govern accounting information distortion by means of perfecting the enterprise internal control. This paper first describes the definition of accounting information、the harm of accounting information distortion and the state of distortion both at home and abroad, then describes the theory about the internal control and the role of internal control in containing the distortion of accounting information, finally analyses the role of internal control elements in governing the distortion of accounting information.
