社会体育专业学生就业现状的调查与研究 李芳 （湖南城市学院体育系06级社会体育专业，益阳，413000） 摘 要:研究目的：本文以湖南城市学院已毕业的社会体育专业学生为研究对象,分析社会体育专业人才的就业现状,并通过对应届毕业生的就业现状分析,从社会、学校、家庭等角度剖析供需失衡的成因,提出相应的对策,为社会体育专业的毕业生在择业、就业时提供理性的参考依据。 研究方法：通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法 研究结论：我校社会体育专业毕业生在就业的地域选择主要是以离户籍地较近的城市、乡镇和院校所在城市为主，只有少数学生选择东南沿海经济较发达的城市；把网络作为就业信息渠道和求职的途径占到了很大的比例。亲戚朋友在获取就业信息渠道和就业过程中也起到了很大的作用。影响我院体育教育专业毕业生就业现状的因素主要是社会、个人、学校、家庭四个方面因素，这四个因素是互相联系，相互作用的，每个因素中又包含许多小的方面。 关键词:湖南城市学院;社会体育;就业 Social Sports Specialty student employment status of Investigation and Research Fang-Li (Hunan City College Department of Physical Education 06 Social Sports professional, Yiyang, 413000) Abstract: Objective: In this paper, Hunan City College has graduated as a social sport students study, analyze social sports professionals, employment status, and through the employment status of graduates analysis, from the community, schools, families, the angle of analysis the causes of imbalance between supply and demand and put forward countermeasures for social physical education graduates in careers, employment, provide a rational frame of reference.
