残胃癌与早期近端胃癌治疗及愈后的比较研究 摘要：目的 比较残胃癌与早期近端胃癌治疗及愈后的差异。方法 分析比较自1996年1月至2006年8月共22名残胃癌患者与100名早期近端胃癌患者的临床资料，包括对流行病学数据、治疗方式以及组织病理结果等的分析。结果 接受手术治疗的残胃癌患者和早期近端胃癌患者的5年生存率分别为43%与38%，结果无显著差异，多变量分析显示，胃肠结合部的空肠浸润与残胃癌的愈合关系密切。结论 残胃癌与早期近端胃癌愈合无显著差异。 关键词：残胃癌、早期胃癌、胃大部切除术 [Abstract]Objective The intention of this study was to evaluate the outcome of patients with gastric stump cancer (GSC) in comparison with patients treated for primary proximal gastric cancer (PPGC).
