毛家山隧道工程设计 摘要 毛家山隧道，右线隧道长4821m左线隧道长4762m。为双洞四车道，左、右线隧道分 离布设，江门端和肇庆端均有一段小净距，其余为正常间距。设计 车速度为100km/h。 隧道采用爆破开挖与机械开挖相结合的方法，浅埋段和进洞开挖采用机械掘进。钻 爆发开挖掘进时采用光面爆破法。II、III级围岩采用全断面开挖法开挖，IV、V级围岩采 用台阶分部法开挖。采用复合式衬砌，并做好对隧道防水、排水的设计。加强对隧道的量 测监控以指导隧道顺利施工。 隧道采用削竹式洞门，进洞时采用管棚辅助施工以保证安全。对于洞身中较差地质 情况的地段采用超前锚杆和超前小导管的辅助施工方法。施工 程中应做好洞内的通风 照明及施工用电、用水。 关键词：隧道；围岩；辅助施工；防、排水 THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF THE TUNNEL MAOJIASHAN ABSTRACT Maojiashan tunnel, the right line tunnel length 4821 m, the tunnel of the left line is 4762 m long. Composite lining is adopted, and completes the design of tunnel waterproof and drainage. Strengthen the measure of tunnel monitoring to guide tunnel construction smoothly. Tunnel used for cutting bamboo burrows, came into the hole by pipe roof support to ensure the safety of construction. For poor geological condition in the hole on the body of the location by the aid of advanced anchor and advance small duct construction method. Should do well in the ventilation and lighting in the hole in the construction process and construction of electricity and water.
