Companies also can establish an effective system of risk assessment and early warning security system so that the risk of product research and development projects will be minimized and the healthy development of enterprises is maintained. Therefore, if risk can be assessed and controlled in the beginning, there will be positive significance for final project cost, time and quality goals doubtlessly. In this paper, for the above problems, new product development project risk factors were analyzed from the point of view of risk management. The expectation is to be a reference for the project risk management.
