PAGE 2 PAGE 11 PAGE 11 《包装结构设计》课程设计说明书 题 目：阳光儿童牛奶包装结构设计 学生姓名： 黄晓莹 专 业： 包装工程 学 号： 090213120 指导教师： 赵鹏 时 间： 2012年6月29日 西安工业大学机电工程学院 PAGE 2 2 摘 要 本次课程设计以阳光儿童牛奶为研究对象，主要通过查阅资料，市场调研等方式进行产品分析，并对品质包装，销售包装，储运包装等相关内容进行选择，设计出牛奶的包装纸盒，运输包装瓦楞纸箱的结构与相关工艺过程。旨在设计出完整合理的牛奶包装系统。 本课程设计的牛奶包装盒的结构为瓶装包装，材质为PP包装，由Photoshop制作装潢图案，采用柔版印刷。运输包装瓦楞纸箱选用B型瓦楞纸板。整体设计结构简单，强度较高，易于生产，外观简单大方。 关键词：系统设计；牛奶包装；尺寸计算 ABSTRACT Regard the Yang Guang Childrens Milk as researching object. This course design is mainly through look up information and market researching to analyze the production to select the quality packaging, sale packaging, transport packaging, and to design the milk boxes’ and corrugated cartons’ size and relevant technological process and equipment, which aims to design a reasonable packaging system. The structure of mobile phone boxes in this course design is Bottle packaging, the material is Polypropylene packaging. The packaging decoration is made by Photoshop. And choose the flexible printing. Corrugated cartons choose B type corrugated cardboard. The overall design of the mobile packing boxes and corrugated cartons is simple structure, high strength, easy to produce, and with a beautiful appearance.
