毕业论文（设计） 　　　　　　毕业论文 万达房地产固定资 　　　　　　题　　目 产管理问题及分析 　　　　　　指导教师 　　　　　　学生姓名 二O一三 年 五 月 十八 日 万达房地产固定资产管理问题及分析 摘 要 固定资产管理是企业经营管理的重要组成部分，是提高企业经济效益的重要途径之一。固定资产是企业生产工具，是生产力要素之一。无论是国有企业、股份制企业、民营企业还是其它所有制形式的企业，其固定资产结构、状况及管理水平是影响企业竞争力的重要因素。固定资产作为企业长期投资，特别是企业的房地产、设备等固定资产，必须不断优化结构，减少因管理不当而导致其收益率的减少。 固定资产是企业进行生产经营的必要条件，是企业实现经济效益不可或缺的主要生产资料。企业的发展离不开固定资产的管理，解决固定资产管理中的问题、提高固定资产管理水平和经营效率，是企业实现良性发展的首要条件。本文对万达房地产公司的固定资产管理进行了分析研究，提出了其管理中存在的问题，最后提出了具体的对策，具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：万达房地产公司；固定资产管理；存在问题；对策 Wanda real estate and fixed asset management analysis Abstract Fixed asset management is an important part of enterprise management is to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises is one important way.
