To arouse the students’ interest in learning about gerunds. 5 第二环节 观察操作、探索归纳平移的作法 StepⅡ: learn about gerunds as subjects StepⅢ: learn about the gerunds as objects 2. Make a simple dialogue according to the pictures by using gerunds as subjects 3.Remember some verbs which use gerunds as their objects like : enjoy , finish , practice, start , hate, imagine , mind Then make a simple dialogue according to the pictures 2.
