But as the country in 2010 the promulgation and implementation of the tort liability act, more and more medical disputes began to entrust carries on the appraisal to the judicial authentication institutions. Is Chinas current status, dealing with medical disputes judicial authentication exists many problems, such as the judicial appraisal results are hard to be totally fair appraisal both sides satisfaction, resulting in judicial authentication complaint case number increased obviously. And the credibility of judicial authentication institutions also received the society and the public. This article will discuss the judicial identification in the process of the cases of medical disputes also discussing problems and solutions.
