From review of documents it can be concluded that the stability,permeability,and route of administra- tion of protein polypeptides are the main factors to influence their adsorption;the physical and chemical properties, distribution of self-receptors,protein binding rate and speciality of tissue and organs are the factors to determine their distribution;the enzymes of protein polypeptides are the factors to determine their metabolism;and receptor mediated elimination system may be their elimination mechanism.
