乳腺MR诊疗学习体会;2007年，美国癌症协会（ACS）修改了筛查指南，对于高危妇女，推荐乳腺MRI成像和乳腺X线摄影一起作为筛查手段 军总一课件：MRI敏感性94-100%，特异性36-97%，浸润性癌的准确率100% 最初研究结果乳腺MRI敏感性高，特异性中等，但随MR技术进步及医生经验的积累，特异性必然还会提高，特异性36-97%说明很需要医生的个人经验！目前敏感度、特异度仍然是常规检查中最高的（灵敏度仅次于PET-CT）！;关注要点;一、乳腺MR扫描技术;摆位照片：;乳腺摆位及扫描伪影;Guiding the patient into the coil.
