文章编号: 1001 － 2265( 2013) 03 － 0105 － 文章编号: 1001 － 2265( 2013) 03 － 0105 － 03 一种大容量盘类工件料库的设计和应用 郭 生，李进冬，寥 伟，张 鹏 ( 沈阳机床股份有限公司 沈一车床厂，沈阳 110142) 摘要: 随着人力成本的不断增加，机械加工行业对自动化加工单元越来越依赖，一个结构紧凑、高精 度的料库在整个加工单元中更是起到举足轻重的作用。在充分了解国内外现有的自动化加工单元 的料库基础上，发展了一种针对盘类工件的单立柱双驱动机构的旋转料库。利用三维建模软件对自 动化加工单元的料库进行设计，在论证其结构合理性的基础上，进行投产并得到了用户的一致青睐， 不但改善了劳动条件，提高劳动生产率，降低生产成本，给客户带来可观的经济效益，同时对提高国 内机加工自动化生产模式起到一定的促进作用。 关键词: 大容量; 盘类料库; 凸轮分割器; 单立柱双驱动机构 中图分类号: TH165; TP391 文献标识码: A The Design and Application of a Large Capacity of Disc-Type Workpiece Library GUO Sheng，LI Jin-dong，LIAO Wei，ZHANG Peng ( No． 1 Lathe Works，Shenyang Machine Tool Co． ，Ltd，Shenyang 110142，China) Abstract: With the increasing of labor costs，the machining industry is highly dependent upon the auto- matic machining unit． A compact structure w ith high-precision w orkpiece library plays an important role at the w hole automatic machining unit． On the basis of complete understanding of the current situation of domestic and international relevant w orkpiece library ，a large capacity of disc-type single column rotation w orkpiece library has been designed． The w orkpiece library of automatic machining unit has been de- signed w ith 3D Softw are and put into operation on the basic of demonstrating structural rationality ． This type of w orkpiece library has got favorable comment of the users． It not only has improved the w orking environment，decreased costs，improved labor productivity ，reduced production costs and brought con- siderable economic benefits to the client，but also promoted the effect of the domestic automatic machi- ning production mode． Key words: mechanism large capacity ; library ; cam indexer; single-column and dual-drive disc-type w orkpiece 库，前侧为六工位凸轮分割器结构，后侧为单立柱双 驱动提升结构，整体布局呈长方形结构，长度方向较 长而宽度尺 寸 紧 凑，非常有利于桁架式自动化加工 单元的布局，不但很好的解决了传统自动化加工单 元料库的存储容量少，占地面积较大的问题，而且反 映迅速、定位准确、很大程度的提高轴承环、刹 车 盘 等盘类零件 的 加 工 效 率，并能合理有效的利用车间 空间资源，使布局更加合理。 0 引言 随着现代机械制造业的飞速发展，人力成本逐渐升 高，使得自动化加工单元在针对零件批量生产中的地位 越来越重要。而随着工业用地费用的不断增
