国际贸易中单证的作用及种类 摘要 随着经济的发展和中国加入WTO，中国的对外贸易处于一个发展上升的阶段，经济全球化则对我国的经济发展产生了深远的影响。近些年来，随着我国对外开放的不断扩大，外贸进出口自主经营权的进一步放开，越来越多的中小企业和民营企业开始直接经营对外贸易业务，对商务单证人员的需求也随之上升，因此加快提高商务单证人员的素质、提高商务单证工作的质量与知识水平是当前我国对外贸易发展的必然要求，有些时候单证往往决定了交易的成功与否，所以我们需要掌握外贸中所需的各种单证。 关键词：国际贸易单证，作用，种类 Abstract With the development of economy and ever since China’s entrance into the WTO,China’s foreign trade has been on an increase.It has made a profound effect on the development of our country’s economy with the economic globalization.In recent years,with the continued expansion of opening to the outside world,the right of autonomous in foreign trade import and export further release,more and more of the small and medium-sized enterprise and private enterprise began to trade with foreiners directly,and the requirment to business documents persons is rising at the same time.Therefore,increasing business documents personnel’s qualifiction ,and improving the quality of business documents work and the level of knowledge is the necessary requirment to the current foreign trade development of our country.Documents play an important part in foreign trade,acting as a tool of mutual communication,and may exert great influence on the success of foreign trade,so we need to learn all kinds of documents in foreign trade.
