毕业设计说明书(论文) 系 部： 能源与动力工程学院 专 业： 热能与动力工程 题 目： 芜湖某电厂660MW机组的初步设计 （神华烟煤） 2011年05月 南 京 毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 本次毕业设计主要从三个方面对芜湖某电厂660MW火电发电机组进行的设计。第一，通过对汽轮机的原则性热系统进行拟定和计算，确定机组在VWO工况下的各部分汽水流量，并计算机组的热经济性指标。根据相关资料，确定主要受热面布置及管径管材。第二，根据煤种及燃料量计算得到的数据选择与之相应的制粉系统及其辅助设备。为了保证系统安全经济运行，还对制粉系统的热平衡进行了计算。第三，根据对已投运的超临界机组的分析，设计汽轮机热力系统，主要包括主再热蒸汽系统、给水系统、凝结水系统和抽汽系统，并对系统中的给水泵、凝结水泵进行相关的计算与选型。 关键词 660MW 原则性热力系统计算 制粉系统 热力系统 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title Preliminary design of 660MW thermal power of Wuhu (bituminous coal of Shenhua) Abstract This article was mainly presented three aspects of the design about 660 MW thermal power of Wuhu.The first,it presents the studying out and calculation of principle of turbine thermal system.And with the known conditions it evaluates thermal economic indicators and water flow of each part on the situation of TRL and VWO.Meanwhile it introduces the choosing material of tubing and primary system heat exchangers arrangement. The second,according to the kind of coal chooses the coal pulverized system and equipment which relating to the system.In order to ensure the systems safety and economical operation,it calculates the heat balance ofpulverizing system.The third,according to the analysis of working unit of thermal power,design the turbine thermal?system.They comprise feed-water system,condensate system,extraction steam system,main steam system and steam reheating system.In these systems,there are some equipments which are needed to be related.It explain the progress of calulating and seleting in detail.
