《Wait a minute.》教学设计
Step 1. Warming-up
1.greetings
2.Sing an English song:《This is the way.》
3.Free talk: I can… What can you do?
Step2.Presentation
1.导入。师指着黑板:Today we are going to learn a story about Sue’ family. The title is《Wait a minute.》从而学习单词: wait ,minute,children,并把学生分成三个大组进行比赛。
2.出示最后一幅图,师:It’s time for lunch. Sue and Sue’ brother are very hungry. What can they say?学生听音模仿并加上动作朗读。What do Sue’ parents answer? 让学生猜,然后再模仿跟读,并加上动作。接下来四个人一组进行表演。
3.师:Sue’s parents say“Wait a minute”,if you were the children,how do you feel? Why do Sue’s parents say“Wait a minute”?观看课文视频,找出答案。
4.出示第二幅图,师: Mum is going to wash clothes.She need help .What does mum say? 学生听音模仿,并且加上动作。What does Sue answer?让学生先猜答案,然后再加上动作跟读。
5.How about Sue’brother?学生打开课本朗读第三幅图,找出三个问题的答案。
(1)What’s dad going to do?
(2)What does dad ask?
(3)What does Sue’s brother answer?
6.师领着同学们看着黑板上的板书一起把故事复述一遍。
7.Watch and imitate.
8.Do a role play.
9.What will they do later?学生发挥想象,续编故事,四个人一组先试着表演,然后再到讲台上表演。
Step3. Expanding practice
1、故事欣赏。
教师出示中国孝心少年黄凤照顾爸爸的图片,并且配乐朗诵。
2、学生自己快速浏览课文,思考:What should we learn from Huangfeng?学生交流完毕,教师总结:We should thank and love parents.We should
help parents do housework. We should help others in trouble.然后再出示几幅图片,教师配乐朗读,让学生达到情感上的升华。
3、师:Children,do you often help parents? In fact,some children in our class often help parents do housework. Let’s play a guessing game.教师出示本班学生在家做家务活的图片,遮住头部,让学生猜是谁在做家务,使学生在猜的过程中得到情感教育。
4、师:School love boy will be selected.学校爱心少年将要评选了。
At first we should make love card to the people you want to help.学生根据要求制作爱心卡片,并且到讲台上交流。
Step4 .Summary
教师指着板书,说:We should not say “Wait a minute” to our parents.We should love our parents. Do everything we can do for our family. Help each other ,the world will be full of love.
Step5.Homework
Send your love card to the people you want to help.
Help each other in our daily life.
