PAGE 成都电子机械高等专科学校 毕 业 设 计 （论 文） （中小型）燃煤电厂双碱法脱硫系统设计 学 生： 学 号： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 二0 年六月 成都电子机械高等专科学校毕业设计（论文） Ⅰ （中小型）燃煤电厂双碱法脱硫系统设计 摘 要 本文主要是针对中小型电厂进行脱硫系统设计。对烟气进行脱硫的方法有很多，典型的技术有石灰石-石膏法、循环流化床烟气脱硫法、双碱法、海水法等。 通过对各种脱硫方法优缺点的比较，选择了双碱法脱硫工艺。在本文中重点介绍了双碱法脱硫的工作原理和工艺流程，并对系统的主体及附属设备进行了设计、计算、选型和校核。所需的主要设备包括电除尘器和旋流板塔。通过设计计算，总的除尘效率为99.62%，脱硫效率为92%。污染物排放值小于国家的排放标准值。 关键词：双碱法；烟气脱硫；电除尘器；旋流板塔；系统设计 成都电子机械高等专科学校毕业设计（论文） Ⅱ Design of Dual-Alkali FGD in (small and medium) Coal-fired Power Plants Abstract This paper is mainly to make a design of flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired power plants. There are many flue gas desulfurization methods. The typical techniques are wet limestone-gypsum desulphurization, circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization, double alkali method, seawater FGD and so on. The merits and faults of Flue gas desulfurization techniques are compared. Selecetion of the best flue gas desulfurization technique is double sodium—calcium method. Particularly the operational principle and process of double sodium—calcium method are introduced in this paper, and the design, calculation, selection of type and checking of the main equipment and its auxiliary equipment in the dedusting and desulfurization system were carried out. The needed main equipments are electric precipitator and rotating -stream -tray scrubber. The total dust removal efficiency was 99.62% and the efficiency of desulfurization was 92% by designing. The concentation of pollutant exhausted which was less than that in the country discharge standard.
