脂质氧化和抗氧化作用的研究进展 摘要：过氧化脂质在生物体内积累可以破坏细胞结构和正常的生理功能，抑制脂质过氧化最有效的手段是使用抗氧化剂，而生物抗氧化剂对预防多种疾病的产生有积极作用。本文综述了近年来脂质过氧化和抗氧化作用的研究进展，并介绍了几种常见生物抗氧化剂的抗氧化协同作用。 关键词：脂质过氧化；抗氧化；生物抗氧化剂；协同作用 The Progress in the Research of Lipids Peroxidation and Antioxidative Effects Abstract：Peroxide lipid can give rise to functional and morphologic disturbances in cells and develop a number of tissue injuries. The incorporation of antioxidants is effectively helpful in retarding the oxidation of lipids. A large body of the literature supports the notion that antioxidants play an important role in preventing many human diseases.
