PAGE 3 天津城建大学自考本科二学历 毕 业 论 文 可行性研究中的风险分析 专 业： 工程造价管理 级 别： 2013秋（2期） 学生姓名： 桑 潇 准考证号： 030214102046 指导教师： 苑宏宪 2015年 6 月28 日 摘 要 我国快速发展的经济、和谐稳定的社会、政府的大力支持为工程项目提供了良好的前提条件。一个项目的可行性分析报告是项目前期工作必不可少的一个步骤，风险分析更是重中之重。风险存在于项目中的方方面面，传统意义上的风险总是与灾害、损失联系在一起。为减少风险带来的损失，就需要进行项目的风险分析。如何提前预测风险，如何制定风险对策这都是我们要解决的问题。本文旨在介绍在可行性分析中的风险预测方法，增强对风险的防范意识。 文章阐述了可行性研究中风险分析目前在国内外的研究情况，结合实际情况从几个方面介绍了风险的概况，分析风险的来源以及其预测方法与应对策略，以此来减少项目损失，获得最大利益。 关键字: 工程项目；可行性研究；风险 ABSTRACT Rapidly developed economies ,stable social environment and government‘s strong support provide good premises and conditions for developing engineering project in China. The feasibility analysis report is an indispensable step in the early stage of the project work, of which risk analysis is the most important one. Risks exist every aspects in a project. Traditional risks always related to disasters and damage. In reducing the possible damage which risks may bring about, we need to analyze the risks in a project. How to predate the risk. How to make a risk strategy. This all need to solve. So this article is aimed at introducing the way to predict risk and enhancing the risk prevention awareness. This paper mainly expounds the risk analysis in feasibility analysis report at present in the domestic and foreign research situation, combined with the real situation introduce the risk from some aspects, analysed the source of risk and its predicte way, risk strategy to reduce the loss and maximum benefits.
