引擎活塞強度分析

摘要
在世界節能減碳的浪潮之下,乘用車除了追求降低油耗與排汙之外,對高性能的要求從
未妥協。要達到高性能的要求引擎零件對強度的要求相對的也就要越高,尤其是主動件零件,
如活塞、連桿、曲軸等直接承受缸內燃燒爆炸壓力與高溫,這些零件的結構設計必須能夠承
受嚴苛的工況負荷達到耐久的目的。本文以 CFD計算缸內燃燒與活塞下表面冷卻流場的溫度
與熱傳係數邊界在Abaqus先進行熱傳計算,求出活塞溫度分布。再以此溫度分布與活塞動力
學負荷邊界計算活塞在最大馬力點與最大轉速下的熱結構應力,最後以fe-safe分析活塞的疲勞
安全係數,以確認活塞設計是否符合需求。

ABSTRACT
In the trends of energy-saving and carbon-reduction of the world, passenger cars have never
compromised on high-performance requirements in addition to reducing fuel consumption and
emissions. To achieve high performance requirements, the strength requirements of engine parts
must be relatively high, especially for crank train parts, such as pistons, connecting rods,
crankshafts, etc., which directly withstand the in-cylinder combustion pressure and high temperature.
The design of these parts must be it can withstand the severe conditions and achieve durability. In
this paper, CFD is used to calculate the temperature and heat transfer coefficient of combustion
chamber and bottom surface of piston as the boundary conditions in Abaqus to calculate
temperature distribution of piston. Then the thermal structure stress of the piston under rated and
maximum speed is calculated by the temperature and dynamic loads. Finally, the fatigue safety
factor of the piston is analyzed by fe-safe to confirm whether the piston design meets the
requirements.
