2019 年5月第 26卷第5期 中国中医药信息杂志 ·1· 资源调查 泉州区域药食两用中药资源调查 1 2 黄秀珍 ，邹秀红 1.泉州医学高等专科学校药学院，福建 泉州 362000 ；2.永春县林业局，福建 永春 362600 摘要：目的 调查泉州区域内药食两用中药原植物种类，为其开发利用提供参考。方法 2009 －2018 年， 采用实地调查、图片拍摄、标本采集制作，结合文献调查等，对泉州区域内药食两用中药资源进行归纳整理与 分析。结果 泉州区域内药食两用中药原植物种类有 33 科 63 属 75 种，其中野生种类 21 科 33 属 34 种，栽培 种类 20 科 33 属 41 种；有 20 种植物可做蔬菜食用，15 种植物的果实是当地出产的水果。这些中药原植物可 提供 95 味中药，包括清热药 15 味、理气药 13 味、补益药 13 味、解表药 9 味、止血药 7 味、化痰止咳平喘药 7 味等；药用部位以果实类药材最多 26 味，其次是茎或根茎类药材 21 味。结论 泉州区域内药食两用中药资 源丰富，需在可持续发展的基础上进行开发和利用。 关键词：药食两用；中药；开发与利用 中图分类号：R282.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304(2019)05-0001-07 DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2019.05.001 开放科学（资源服务）标识码（OSID）： Investigation on Resources of Edible and Medicinal TCM in Quanzhou Region 1 2 HUANG Xiuzhen , ZOU Xiuhong 1. Methods From 2009 to 2018, the resources of edible and medicinal TCM in Quanzhou region have been summarized and analyzed by means of field investigation, photo shooting, specimen collection and combined with literature search. Results The investigation showed that in Quanzhou region, there were 33 families, 63 genera and 75 species of original plant species of edible and medicinal TCM, of which 21 families, 33 genera and 34 species were wild plant species.
