“城市双修”背景下的城市家具规划设计“四化”理念探讨 —— 以江西鹰潭市为例 林凯旋，任智超，相秉军 摘要:本文以鹰潭市“城市双修”工作的开展为契机，结合 “城市双修”工作内容和指导思想，紧扣城市家 具现状乱象问题，在鹰潭市城市家具规划设计实践中，提出“补量提质、好用易管”两大规划原则以及系 统修补、品质提升、人本优先、规范善治四个工作目标。在该原则与目标体系下，提出鹰潭市城市家具规 划设计的“四化”理念，即“系统思维的模块化布局、文化植入的特色化设计、以人为本的人性化配置、 面向实施的导则化管理”.在我国城市精细化管理与空间高品质营造的转型发展背景下，具有一定的实践探 索意义与普适性。 关键词：城市双修, 城市家具设计, 城市设计, 鹰潭市 Discussion on four concepts of urban furniture planning and design under the background of “Urban Double Repair” ： Taking Yingtan city in Jiangxi province as an example Abstract ：This paper takes the development of urban double repair in Yingtan city as an opportunity, combined with the work content and guiding ideology of urban double repair, closely related to the current situation of urban furniture disorder, in the planning and design practice of urban furniture in Yingtan city, the author puts forward two planning principles of quantity and quality improvement, ease of use and management and four working goals of system repair, quality improvement, people-oriented priority, standard and good governance. Under this principle and target system, the four modernizations concept of urban furniture planning and design in Yingtan city is put forward, namely modular layout of systematic thinking, characteristic design of cultural implantation, humanized configuration based on people and guided management oriented to implementation. Under the transformation and development background of fine urban management and high-quality space construction in China, it has certain practical significance and universality.
