毕 业 论 文 学生姓名： 学 号： 080901434 学 院： 纺织服装学院 专 业： 纺织工程 (针织与服装方向) 题 目： 棉针织物的生物柔软整理 指导教师： （副教授） 评阅教师： （教授） 2012 年 6 月 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 棉针织物在加工过程中, 受到酸、碱、氧化剂, 还原剂及其他药品的处理会变硬。为了改善织物的服用性能必须对织物进行柔软整理。织物柔软整理的方法有三种，即机械柔软整理、化学柔软整理、生物柔软整理。本文介绍了棉针织物生物柔软整理的定义、测试指标和国内外现阶段的发展现状，并通过生物酶对棉针织物进行整理。通过分析棉纤维的性能、特征和纤维素酶的特征，来陈述棉针织物的生物柔软整理的作用机理。本课题主要采用正交实验的方法，通过控制不同反应温度、时间、pH值和酶浓度来处理棉纬编针织物，然后再对处理后的织物进行白度、顶破、耐磨、厚度、摩擦系数、弯曲刚度、剪切刚度等指标的测试，来分析温度、时间、pH值和酶浓度对织物各种性能的影响。最终找到棉针织物生物柔软整理的最优方案。 关键词 棉针织物 整理 生物酶 柔软 纤维素 分析 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title Bio-Soft Finishing of Cotton Knitted Fabrics Abstract Cotton knitted fabric during the manufacturing process by the handling of acids, bases, oxidants, reducing agents and other drugs will harden. For improving the wear ability of fabrics, soft finishing to the fabric must be done. There are three kinds of fabric soft finishing, mechanical soft finishing, chemical soft finishing, and bio-soft finishing. This article mainly introduces the definition of biological soft finishing of cotton knitted fabric, test indicators, and the present stage of development at home and abroad. By analyzing the properties and characteristics of cotton fiber and characteristic of cellulose, state the mechanism of biological soft finishing of cotton knitted fabrics. This topic mainly used the orthogonal experimental method, by controlling different reaction temperature, time, and pH value and enzyme concentration to process with a cotton knitted fabric. And test the index of treated fabric whiteness, bursting, wear resistance, thickness, friction coefficient, bending stiffness, shear stiffness. Then analysis the various performance of effect on fabric with temperature, time, pH value and enzyme concentration. Finally found the optimal programmer for biological soft finishing of cotton knitted fabrics. Keyword
