Wherever, in remental extent of strength of ement-loess with ement ontents in rement be omes bigger when ement ontents are little and vi e versa. Latter-day strength of emen-t loess is worthy of being expe ted when ement ontents are big or dropping energy is big. The effe t of side-stress to improve ement-loess axial ompressive strength is little. The effe t of ement ontent to the optimization water-ratio and the biggest dry-density of ement-loess is also little. Water-stability of emen-t loess( espe ially ement ontents are big) is good. There are many new rystal-substan es whi h are reated in the ement-loess. The fa tors to affe t ement-loess strength in lude ingredients of every rystal-substan e ontent. From the onstitutive relation of ement-loess, emen-t loess has a riti al ement ontent ( about 12% ) . When ement ontents are higher than the riti al ement ontent, emen-t loess be omes a brittle material through destru tion-strain and distortion-module of ement-loess.
