The bar magnet of the return oil filter must be cleaned (if fitted). The return oil filter must be inspected and replaced if the filter has visible impurities. If the running time of the machine is more than 50% of the filters normal replacement interval, the filter should be replaced. All hydraulic oil, both new and reused, must be filled via the hydraulic oil tanks return filter. To be able to reuse the oil, it must be completely free of any dirt and impurities. ??Warning! Hot hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil under pressure may result in severe personal injuries Start the engine and let it go to low idling speed for about 15 minutes without activating any hydraulic functions. Activate all hydraulic functions a few times with the engine running at low idling speed. NoteThe hydraulic cylinders must not be run to their end positions. Lift up the boom to its upper end-position, without building up pressure. NoteIts very important that no pressure is built up even when the function is run to its end-position. Lower the boom. Switch off the engine.Fill hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, if needed. If air bubbles are seen in the tank, leave the engine off for approx. ten minutes.
