Results 　Comparing to the techn ique of chem ilum inescence i m m unoassay (CL I A , the po sitive acco rdan t rati o of diagno stic k it w as 95. 83%, w h ile the negative acco rdan t rati o w as 98. 73%.M eanw h ile , the relativity of diagno stic k it w ith CL I A w as w ell , and the relative coefficien t w as 0. 93. Conclusion 　A ll the resu lts of the param eters evaluated show ed that the diagno stic k it developed cou ld m eet the need of the clin ic app licati on .
