Methods Ten patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. Patients underwent PTA or stent implantation. After CTA examination, the CTA-FFR was obtained by AI technology, and the changes of CT- FFR values before and after surgery were analyzed to assess the clinical application value of non-invasive CTA-FFR technique in interventional therapy of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Results Non-invasive CTA-FFR is a significant evaluation index for the ischemia degree of lesions before and after interventional surgery for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. There are statistically significant differences.
