1. 秘书宣读前次会议记录（8月21日）;
2. 主持人就其中的部分内容做了修正，应该是Ms. Dulugatz而不是Ms. Penn对仓库里
的员工专用洗手间做调查；
3. Mr. Fenster对办公室员工所作的调查进行总结；
4. 他将就其写一份报告递交董事会
5. 下次会议：十月二十二日（时间地点相同）

PRESENT: Mr. Baum, Ms. Dulugatz, Mr. Fenster, Ms. Liu, Ms. Sun ABSENT: Ms. Penn
1.Records of last meeting dated 21 august were read out by the secretary.
2.Parts of the records were revised by the presiding that was Ms. Dulugatz instead of
Ms. Penn had investigated the staff only toilet.
3.Investigations on office staffs were summed up by Mr. Fenster.
4. A report on the investigations shall be written by Mr. Fenster and then shall be
submitted to the board.
5.The date for next meeting: 22 Nov. The time and place were the same.
ADJOURNMENT: 5: 15 p.m.
