Nowadays， the economic output value of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is more than half of the gross domestic product， and it is the pillar of our national economy development. Small and medium enterprises in the rapid development at the same time also exposed a lot of problems， especially the technology innovation ability is the most prominent.
