提高发生炉煤气质量的生产实践 舒敏 程伊金 （武汉钢铁集团矿业有限责任公司大冶铁矿） （湖北省黄石市，邮编：435006） 摘 要 全面研究了BG3.0－93型煤气发生炉的制气工艺，通过对使用原料及发生炉制气的作用原理进行全面的分析，得出了一系列提高煤气质量的措施，最终使得煤气低热值提高约700 kJ/Nm3，解决了大冶铁矿球团生产能耗不足的问题，且使得煤炭的利用更完全，减少了浪费。 关键词 BG3.0－93型煤气发生炉 无烟煤标准 操作标准 煤气成分及热值 Production Practice of Improving the Quality of Producer Gas Shu Min Cheng Yijin (Daye Iron Mine，Wuhan Iron Steel Group Minerals Co.，Ltd.)
